Chawan mushi (Steamed broth egg)

・Preparation time：20 minutes
3g light soy sauce
20g（2 pieces）shelled shrimp
1. Crock open a egg, put cooled down broth and seasoners, drain through a coarse strainer once.
2. Put . in a serving dish, put the ingredients and steam on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
You can use chicken or shiitake mushroom as you like.
