1/2 small spoon salt
2/3 big spoon soy sauce
1 big spoon honey
*A big spoon: 15cc/15g
*A small spoon: 5cc/5g
1. Peel the taro coat, remove sticky stuff of taro in using salt and wash by water.
2. Put taro and rest of seasoners in a pan and boil in dropping lid for simmering.
3. Boil taro on low heat until solidity as you like.
Use honey instead of sweet cooking rice wine.
